Shipping
What is the Shipping Policy?
Thousands of items at the Upper Home store are shipping free. You also get free shipping when your orders are over $500.
Products from US vendors take 5-15 business days to arrive. Products from International vendors take 7-35 business days to arrive.
Upper Home staff will provide a tracking number after your order is shipped via your valid email on file.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

What can cause a shipping delay?
Your order might be delayed for the following reasons:

How can I contact the vendor about my order?
We mediate all issues between our clients and vendors. That way, we make sure all communication are clear, all issues get resolved the right way for both parties.
What are the shipping companies?
The shipping companies vary depends on the vendor. Most international vendors use DHL. US vendors often use FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Can I contact Upper Home before buying an item?
Yes! On the product page, at the bottom of the "quantity box" you can click on the "Ask an Expert" link to submit your questions to one of our product managers. They will open a ticket instantly to help you purchase the right item, the right size, right colors etc.
How much is the sales tax?
Sales tax are included in all the prices.
Can I buy in bundles?
Yes you can buy in bundles and also get bundle discounts.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes you can buy in large quantity. Simply contact our headquarter to place your wholesale orders.
Refund & Return
What is the Refund Policy?
We do our best to help solve any issues. Our goal is to connect our clients to the right vendors, manufacturers to mediate any situation with clear and effective communication.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return the item within the 30 days after receiving your item. Past 30 days, you will be ineligible to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@upperhome.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the vendor's return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm the vendor's return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to the vendor without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once the vendor has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@upperhome.co.

What is the Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, when you receive your item, you can return it to the vendor. You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to the vendor for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.
We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back to their warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to them after 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
